NDA Written Exam 2018:
NDA is conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Recruitment of candidates in Army, Navy and Air Force is done through competing the entrance exam NDA only. This exam is conducted twice a year generally in the month of April and September. NDA Exam is an objective type exam which consists of subjects like Mathematics, English and General Awareness. The written test is followed by SSB, Medical Examination, and all India Merit. Only Boys who have passed class 12th (Or are appearing) and meet the specified age criteria are eligible to appear for this exam. They need to submit the proof of passing 12th class. NDA Written Exam Eligibility:
- The cadet should have passed class XII of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
- For Army wing of National Defence Academy: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
- For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy: A candidate must have passed 10+2 educational level with physics and mathematics subjects. Candidates who are appearing in the 12th class under the 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent can also apply.
- If you are a boy and are either appearing or have appeared in class 12th then you can give this exam. And you will have to submit the proof for the same.
- The cadet should have passed class XII of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equally treated exam organized by a State Education Board or a University with physics and mathematics as main subjects.
Age: The aspirant should be of age between 16.5 and a half to 19.5 years as on 1st January of the year ,the examination is going to be held.
Physical Standards:
- Candidates must be physically and mentally fit and free from any disease which will further interfere him in performing the military duties.
- A candidate who has resigned or withdrawn on disciplinary grounds from any of the training academies of Armed Forces is not eligible to apply.

How to apply for NDA Written Exam?
